Images already taken by a professional photographer are
offered for licensing with prices based on whether 2D or
3D, whether for promotional or resale use. You license
the image for a certain purpose and certain time frame.
You cannot use the image for something that is outside
the license you paid for.
General Information
Unless otherwise indicated, all licenses are one-time,
non-exclusive and for one year.
Agreement
This is an agreement between you (Buyer or User) and Alpha Cine.
Prohibited Use of Images
- Display the image in a way that is intended to be downloaded.
- Sell, rent, loan, give, transfer rights to use the
image.
- Use the image in a pornographic, defamatory, libelous,
obscene, immoral, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful uses.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble any part of
the image.
- Use the image in a way other than described in the
license.
